Our online boutique ships internationally. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country. You can find the list of available locations in the "Country" menu at checkout. All shipments are made via express courier. We can deliver your order to your personal postal address; a signature is required to collect the package.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
For orders placed outside the EU, any duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the time the shipping confirmation email is sent. Please note that delays may be caused by delayed payment authorizations, product availability, or customs delays. During sales periods, large orders may result in longer delivery times.
Has my order been shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your package can be fully tracked on the courier's website using the tracking number you received. Please feel free to contact our courier or customer service for any further questions.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
We kindly ask you to open a claim with your carrier and contact our customer service team at orders@multitudes.it . Please note that any delivery-related complaints must be submitted within 14 working days* of delivery of the package.
*After this period, we are unable to claim lost orders
Can I modify or cancel my order?
The Customer will check the confirmation email and, if they find any errors in the order, will have 3 hours from receiving the email to contact Customer Service directly from the Site using the contact form accessible from the "Contacts" page or by writing an email to contact@multitudes.it. After this time, the order will be processed for shipment and no changes will be accepted.
What are the delivery times for Pre-orders?
Through this website, where applicable, you can pre-order certain products, to which all these general terms and conditions of purchase apply. Please note that, generally, the estimated delivery time for your pre-order may be subject to longer delivery times than for a regular order, but in any case, the maximum delivery time is 30 days from the Order Confirmation date.
Handcrafted products and conformity
As these are handcrafted products, the products may have small defects or imperfections; these will not be considered a cause of non-compliance, but rather a sign of the uniqueness of the product itself.
